Sending a request does not permanently reserve the items: the order is only confirmed once I have personally validated it. ♡

You can order them at any time, without waiting for a Japan preorder period.

Orders can be shipped directly to your address or to a Mondial Relay pickup point. Other shipping methods may also be possible — just contact me before ordering if you need something different.

Japan orders are shipped directly from Japan via Japan Post.

International shipping starts at around €16 for a small, light parcel, but this is genuinely only a starting price: it can increase quickly depending on the size, weight and shipping service.

Import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These costs are not included in the shipping price and remain the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise. For deliveries into the European Union, charges can apply even to low-value parcels; higher-value parcels are subject to the standard customs rules.

I don’t accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, has a genuine issue, or I made a mistake with your order, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally with photos, so we can find a solution together.

If a return is needed because of an error on my side, I’ll cover the return shipping. For any other return that I agree to accept, return shipping remains the buyer’s responsibility.

Yes ♡ You can reserve several items and have them shipped together whenever possible. The final shipping cost will depend on the total size and weight of your parcel.
